World Culture Open is a not-for-profit organization committed to changing prevailing global attitudes from fear and ignorance of other cultures to a new environment where all peoples share, respect, enjoy, and value cultural diversity, and where each develops the lifelong respect for other cultures which is critical to easing racial, religious and national tensions and preventing conflicts

Basic Goals |

- To maximize opportunities for audiences in every culture to experience the wondrous creations and performances of talented artists from around the globe.
- To expand the volume of artistic activity in each discipline while improving its quality by rewarding true excellence in creation and performance.
- To facilitate people-to-people contact and mutual understanding which can provide a positive context for improving international and inter-group relations.
- To enrich the opportunities and career development of individual artists.
- To strengthen the bonds of civil society, cultural pluralism, and enhanced humanitarian practices which build tolerance and cross-cultural understanding by non-governmental means.
