Choral Festival (2005)

On June 28, 2005, World Culture Open helped stage the 3rd New York International Choral Festival in Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.

Titled ¡°Peace in Harmony,¡± the concert combined harmony with humanitarianism by staging a memorable evening of culturally rich entertainment from around the world and donating all proceeds to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Audience members enjoyed performances ranging from Eastern Korean traditional folk songs to the innovative virtuosic performances of the Boys Choir of Harlem, while knowing their admission fee went directly to reducing global poverty and hunger.

Performers included Ha-Tien Chorus from China; Pyong Taek University Chorus and Soo Kwan Park from Korea; and Jewish People¡¯s Philharmonic Chorus, Young People¡¯s Chorus of New York City, and Boys Choir of Harlem from New York.
